Troubleshooting Table 2: Troubleshooting Problems

Solutions

1. Ensure that a full and optimized CIP cycle (pre-rinse, chemical wash, post-rinses at the adequate times, temperatures, and chemical concentrations) has been run. 2. Ensure that proper flow and pressure is delivered to the unit ( See Table 1 ). 3. For tanker trucks over 44’ in length, utilize a TS-5 assembly. 4. For tough soils, a TS-5 assembly may be required. 1. Ensure a full and optimized CIP cycle (pre-rinse, chemical wash, post-rinses at the adequate times, temperatures, and chemical concentrations) has been run. 2. Ensure that the supplied flow and pressure rates meet the component specification requirements ( See Table 1 ). 3. Ensure that the minimum cycle time is met for each phase (e.g., rinse, chemical wash, sanitize) to provide complete spray coverage of the tanker interior. 4. Ensure that the TS-5 Spray is rotating during CIP. 1. Ensure that proper flow and pressure is delivered to the unit (See Table 1). 2. Rotating jet spray device re-build or replacement may be required. Contact Sani-Matic for replacements. 3. Inspect the TS-5 Jet Spray device to ensure the nozzles are not blocked by particles. 1. Ensure the arm springs are properly set. 2. Ensure that the manway gasket is creating a proper seal and no damage is present.
