Sanitation Carts for the CyClean 35 Designed with flexibility in mind, the Sanitation Carts can adjust to your specific cleaning needs. Choose from either Standard application based designs for high-volume cleaning of the same part or build your own configuration with Modular options, allowing a mix of parts to be cleaned in one cycle. The innovative design allows any cart style to be reconfigured to change and grow along with your product line needs.
The CyClean 35 is an all-electric automated washer for parts requiring cleaning-out-of-place (COP). The patent pending design is compact and uses an advanced CycloneJet 360° spray arm to deliver consistent cleaning results while reducing wash time, and operational costs.
The user-friendly touch screen panel is icon-based, eliminating language barriers and simplifying training. Pre-programmed for short, medium, and long wash cycles—operators simply select the desired run time and hit start. Visual indicators show washing cycle status through completion.
