System Insights - More Than Just Cleaning Reports
In addition to critical cleaning cycle reports, SaniTrend Cloud CR Insights and Insights+ tiers allow for insights into both system operation and performance and in how operators use the system; useful for maintenance, operators, quality, engineering and management.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Tracking Proactively watch runtime hours on pumps, motors, and fans – and track cycle counts of valves or door locks – all with the end goal to taking a more proactive than reactive approach on maintenance. Be alerted via email or text when these runtime hours or cycle counts approach pre-set limits. Recipe Events & Steps Logging When did alarms occur during a cleaning cycle? Which alarms occurred, when, and how frequent are they? Did the operator stop the cleaning cycle or take excessively long to acknowledge an alarm? These, and more questions, can be answered about how your system runs and how the operators interact with it, with logged recipe events (alarms, messages, holds) and recipe step information. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Trending Cleaning system OEE trends can be used to monitor performance of the system and user operation by evaluating the following parameters: • Availability. Answers the question “How often is my cleaning system being used (during planned cleaning time)?” to see impacts of alarms and operator stops. • Performance. Answers the question “Is anything slowing down my cleaning cycle speed?” to see cycle step holds (e.g., heating time or water fills) that could be optimized. • Quality. Answers the question “How often am I not completing a full cleaning cycle?” to investigate root causes of aborted cycles. • Overall OEE. An overall score to evaluate all OEE parameters together for a single cleaning system.

Facility Concerns
SaniTrend Cloud CR Solutions
!
Automatic cleaning cycle reports are generated minutes after every cleaning cycle is completed – stored electronically in the cloud and accessed anywhere by anyone from your team.
Paper trail cleaning records are incomplete, lost, or forgotten – resulting in insufficient or incomplete cleaning records.
Cleaning Cycle Report
!
Assign users to be “quality approvers” to easily and quickly review and approve cleaning cycle reports from anywhere.
Quality Assurance (QA) personnel struggle to find and review cleaning records, delaying the return to production runs.
!
Clear, scaled, and interactive electronic charts are accessible within the cleaning cycle review area. Tabled numerical data also provides exact numbers when required.
Chart recorders are difficult to read and interpret.
!
Persistent problems or alarms on systems are causing unexpected downtimes or increased cycle cleaning times.
Search cleaning cycles that contained alarms or were aborted cycles, and receive the data needed to ask the right questions to address reoccurring issues. Check analog and digital data via customizable trending/history charts to pinpoint issues.

Review all data remotely; comment as needed
Inefficiency and safety concerns from too many personnel gathered around the cleaning system to manually collect data or retrieve paper chart records; interaction between quality personnel, managers and operators are needed to discuss details of cleaning cycles.
to share and store discussion notes.
OEE trends offer insight into cleaning system availability, performance and quality.
!
I don’t know how my cleaning system is performing or what I can do to optimize performance.
Check the dashboard for status of the cleaning cycle via percentage complete or remaining time to clean informational gadgets. Or, be notified by alerts when cycles are completed.
!
Operators leave the cleaning system to perform other job duties, and return back to system well before or after a cycle is completed.
