Reporting System

Introduction The following is an operation manual for Sani-Matic’s SaniTrend™ Local Data Acquisition and Management System. This manual concentrates on how to operate this system using a PC based Human Machine Interface (HMI).

This is the default system screen which is used to navigate to the desired area.

The current user logged in to the HMI will be displayed here.

The operator will be able to login and logout of the system by clicking on the appropriate button. Clicking on the Login button will open the Operator Login popup allowing you to change users. Clicking on the Logout button resets the current user to the default user (operator). The operator will be able to change screens by clicking once on the screen name.

This section covers the basics of the Recipe Select screen operation.

The current user logged into the HMI will be able to select a date and time. The recipes that were run during the date and time selected will be displayed in the window to the right (Note (2)). The user must click in this area and highlight the recipe to review. After the user selects a recipe, they may navigate to the Recipe Chart Data , Recipe Charts and Recipe Events screens. The selected recipe data will be displayed. After the user selects a recipe the Recipe Name, Start Time, End time, Alarms, Recipe Status, and Total Wash Time will be displayed on the top of the window. The Generate Report button will open the report viewer and generate a report for the recipe selected. The Selected BatchID number and the Active BatchID number should match before generating a report or viewing the wash data in the other screens. The PLC Heartbeat is active (1-0) when communication with the PLC is active. The PC Heartbeat is only active (1-0) when a recipe is running and data is being saved to the SaniTrend database.

When the PLC Heartbeat or PC Heartbeat is inactive (not connected to the SaniTrend computer) the 1-0 will be replaced with the tag symbol indicating a communications error. Comments can be added to a recipe by either typing your comment directly into the Edit Comment cell of the recipe, or by clicking on the recipe (highlighting) you want to add a comment to, and then typing your comment in the Edit / View Comments box, and clicking the Add Comment button to save the comment. The Edit / View Comments box will display the selected recipe comments for viewing and editing.

The Recipe Events screen displays the events that occurred during the recipe that was selected on the Recipe Select Screen. The events are the recipe opcodes, and step times, alarms that occurred during the recipe, and the buttons pressed. (Start, Stop, Hold, Abort and Step) buttons

The Recipe Charts screens displays the data from the Recipe Chart Data screen for the recipe selected on the Recipe Select screen.

This area displays the recipe information for the recipe selected on the Recipe Select Screen. This area is used to display the selected recipes chart data in a chart format. Right click on a chart and you will be able to use the functions of the chart shown in Note 3.

The Recipe Charts Review screen displays all the data from the Recipe Chart Data screen for the recipe selected on the Recipe Select screen. Note Description (1) Select (check box) the pen that you would like to review and then click on the Apply button and only the pen selected will be displayed. (2)

To view the Recipe events for the recipe data being displayed select (check box) the View Recipe Events feature. The events will be displayed on the top of the chart. The Axis time slider can be used to zoom in and view smaller time periods of the recipe data. Mouse over either end of the time slider to drag and stretch the selected date range for the data being displayed. To reset the axis time, click on the Reset Axis Time button. Right click on a chart and you will be able to use the functions of the chart shown in Note 4.

The Recipe Chart Data screen displays the data captured during the recipe selected on the Recipe Select screen.

The Recipes Review screen displays the history of recipes.

Select a date range and the recipe that ran during that range will be displayed. Clicking on the Reset Dates button will reset the date range to the current date. Select an individual recipe name and the individual recipe information will be displayed for the date range selected. Clicking on the Reset button will reset the recipe select filter and display all the recipes that ran during the date range selected. Clicking on the Reset All button resets the date range to the current date and recipe select filter to display all the recipes that ran during the date range selected.

This screen will allow the Administrator to change the Event text, Add or Delete an event, and change the text color of the events. Opcode Event number range is 1 to 100, Alarm event number range is 101 to 227, and the Button Pressed event number range is 228 to 232. The event text is the text used to populate the Recipe Events Screens Event Message cells.

This area will display the current events saved in the database. The Opcode and Alarm text (names) are listed on the Program Design Spreadsheet supplied with the system the data is being collected from. The Opcode text (name) should be entered in the Event Texts cell where the Event number is the same as the Opcode number. Opcode 1 text should be entered in Event Number cell 1. The alarm text (name) should be entered in the Event Texts cell where the Event number is the same as the alarm number plus 100. Alarm 1 text should be entered in Event Number cell 101. The button Pressed text (name) should be entered in the Event Texts cells as shown previously. Range 228 to 232 This dropdown will allow the Administrator to select a different CIP system if more than one system is being logged. The Add and Delete buttons, when clicked on, will allow the Administrator to add or delete an event. Note: Click on the event cell you want to delete before click the Delete button. The Text Color column must only contain Black (Opcodes), Red (Alarms), and Blue (Buttons Pressed). These colors are case sensitive.

This screen will allow the Administrator to set the system settings. Note Description (1) This area displays the Report setup settings.

• Auto Save Feature Enabled : When enabled the recipe that has just ended will auto save to the Auto Save File Location . • Auto Save File Location : This is the location (directory path) where the Auto Save report will be saved. • Report SaveAs File Location : This is the location (directory path) where the report is saved from the report screen when the Save As button is pushed. • PDF Viewer File Location : This is the location (directory path) used in the PDF Viewer screen. (2) This area displays the Report Header text. • This area is where the customer enters the header information used in the report generated in the Recipe Select Screen. Normally used to enter the customer’s name and address. (3) This area displays the Current PLC Clock Information. • This area is used to view the current date and time in the PLC that data is being

collected from. (4) This area is used to view the IP addresses of both the gateway and client computers. Each client computer will have a unique IP address.

The report screen is populated when the Generate Report button on the Recipe Select Screen is clicked on. The data in the report is for the recipe selected on the Recipe Select Screen. The report includes the data used to generate the charts and the events that occurred during the wash. This area of the report will allow the operator to change the pages of the report to view the other data associated with this report. This button when pushed will print the current report to the printer that is selected. This button when clicked on will save the current report to the default directory in a .PDF format. The report SAVE AS name is “the Recipes Name + the Start Date and Time of the recipe”. Sample: Recipe-#4- 2016-05-10-06-22-54.pdf NOTE: The default directory is set on the “Administrator Settings” Screen
