Advantages • Hygienic Design. Radiused corners, diaphragm valves, and 316L stainless steel construction meets ASME BPE Immersion Washer Standards. • Complete Clean. High-velocity turbulence is generated with specially manufactured sanitary jet manifolds. Note: The Sani-Matic Ultrasonic Immersion Parts Washers use sound waves to provide a complete clean. • Component Preservation. Reduces component handling and risk of damage to critical process parts. • Increased Productivity. Reduces labor costs and costs associated with improper cleaning. • Safety. Allows higher temperatures and stronger concentrations with minimized operator exposure. Industry Standard Compliance • FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), CFR Title 21, Part 820 • Underwriters Laboratory (UL): Controls, Standard 508 • ANSI/ISA-88 (S88) Batch Control • Authorized to Provide Canadian Registration Numbers (CRN) • ASME BPE Standards

SaniTrend ® Cloud Reporting Software

Add SaniTrend ® Cloud Cleaning Reports (CR) software to your equipment to efficiently and automatically record and store critical data (e.g., temperature, conductivity). SaniTrend ® Cloud CR Insights+ records all critical data in easy-to-interpret cleaning records and additional insights like event logs, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) scoring, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Tracking, and more. The Insights+ edition also logs a full HMI Audit Trail and is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant for electronic records and signatures. Learn more at our website at sanimatic.com/sanitrendcloud/

Sanitary Jet Technology

Sanitary Jet Manifold

Purple Flow: Opposing end jets create longitudinal flow to clean piping

Red Flow: Angled side jets create side-to-side flow

Each Sani-Matic Immersion Parts Washer comes with our exclusively designed sanitary jet manifolds. They are fully welded and machined to eliminate unsanitary crevices — and create consistent, high-velocity jet flow. The angled side jets create turbulent side-to-side flow, while end jets create a longitudinal flow that is ideal for cleaning pipes and hoses. Selector valves allow easy jet flow changeover.

Cleaning Confidence. Repeatable results you can count on every time you clean your process parts and equipment. That’s Cleaning Confidence from Sani-Matic.
