3.1) Safely Lifting and Transporting
Before moving the CyClean, if the unit is currently installed, ensure all utility connections are disconnected from the CyClean. Depending on how the CyClean ships, other components may need to be removed. To prevent any potential damage to the bushing, the Cyclonejet 360° Spray Arm will either need to be removed or secured in place as shown in the options below. If removing the spray arm, ensure the spray arm is supported so it will not fall, then remove the slip collar holding the spray arm in place. The spray arm can then be lowered and removed from the CyClean.
The approximate weight of the Cyclonejet 360° Spray Arm is 50 lbs.
If securing the spray arm in place, locate the (2) two tabs with holes inside the CyClean. Rotate the spray arm so that the corners are aligned with these tabs, then using a zip tie or similar fastening method, secure the corners of the spray arm to these holes. The spray arm should not freely spin.
