8) MAINTENANCE Service on this equipment should be performed by qualified, authorized personnel that have read and understand the manual supplied with the equipment and have been trained in the proper operation of the Unit and remote equipment. Follow the established installation site Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedures before attempting to repair or service any component of the CleanWorx CyClean.
Hazardous voltage exists; disconnect power to the control panel and pump motor before servicing the equipment.
8.1) Recommended Maintenance Intervals Refer to the tables below for the factory recommended servicing intervals of the CyClean 35. These recommendations are based on a five (5) day work week where the CyClean is in operation for eight (8) hours non-stop each day. Depending on how often the CyClean is being used, the type of soil being cleaned, chemicals being used, and other factors unique to each application, these recommendations may need to be adjusted to meet your specific application.
Daily inspection required at minimum Component Examine for 1 Sump Strainer
- Remove sump strainer, inspect and clean as necessary - Remove Y-Strainer, inspect and clean as necessary - Examine spray nozzles to ensure they are not obstructed - Ensure all valves are fully operational and not obstructed from operating properly - Examine all visible seals and gaskets for damage, replacing as needed. - Ensure the wash chamber is free from damage - If using chemical, ensure there is enough chemical to be used throughout a shift and that any plumbing to the CyClean is not obstructed
