8.3) Sensor Calibration The frequency of calibration verification depends on specific industry regulations and internal quality standards. The sensors on the CyClean 35 are calibrated by the sensor manufacturer, which typically guarantees that the sensor maintains calibration accuracy for five (5) years. If the calibration is believed to be wrong, contact the sensor manufacturer. While these sensors do not have a recalibration process, there are other circumstances that might cause the sensor to read incorrectly such as scaling on the probe. If the sensor needs adjusting, the sensor limits are adjustable in the HMI. See the Edit System Setpoints Screen in section 5.2) Advanced Settings for more details. If the sensor is still reading incorrectly, it is recommended that a replacement sensor is ordered.
