6.4) Adjusting a Sanitation Cart
In addition to the instructions included in section 4.2) Leveling, there are several other adjustments that might need to be made to your Sanitation Cart. It is recommended to review these instructions if there are any issues pushing the sanitation cart into the CyClean or if the Cyclonejet 360° interferes with sanitation cart.
Step 1: Place the Sanitation Cart in a safe location and ensure the wheels are locked to prevent the cart from rolling.
Step 2: Load all parts onto the sanitation cart. If different types of parts might be able to be loaded onto a specific cart, this process might need to be repeated for the lightest and the heaviest loading scenario. If the weight difference between the lightest and heaviest loading scenario is too great, dedicated sanitation carts might be needed to ensure a proper fit into the CyClean. Step 3: Obtain a 3ft or shorter level and place it in the middle of one of the forks as shown below. Confirm if the fork is level within +/- 1° and repeat on the other fork. If either fork is not level within +/- 1°, continue with step 4, otherwise continue to step 8.
The following steps will require loosening several bolts on the Sanitation Cart while under load. Use caution while performing these steps and ensure that precautions have been taken to ensure parts are fully supported before loosening any bolts.
