Step 4: Place a 2x4 or similar object below the lift end of the forks as shown in the image below. This support piece should be placed between the base of the sanitation cart and the bottom of the forks and have a minimal-to-no gap. Step 5: Carefully loosen the bolts on the other end of the Sanitation Cart. Unless the forks are in the lowest possible position, the forks should start to angle downward and rest on the previously placed support. Step 6: Find a method to lift the far end of the forks. This may be a bottle jack, overhead crane, or similar device. Use this to lift the end of the forks until the surface of each fork as identified in step 3 is level. Step 7: Once level, using (2) two 5/16” bolts (supplied by others), install and tighten them in the location labeled “Jack Bolts” below. Then start to tighten the bolts previously loosened.
Step 8: Roll the fully loaded Sanitation Cart to the CyClean and confirm the following: 1. Does the sanitation cart roll into the CyClean without any interference issues? 2. Can the Cyclonejet 360° Spray Arm be rotated without interference issues? If the answer to either of these questions is NO, either repeat the steps listed above and/or consider re-leveling your CyClean as described in section 4.2) Leveling.
