9) TROUBLESHOOTING 9.1) Error Code Descriptions
The various error codes that can be displayed on the CyClean 35 are listed below. If there are any issues during operation that cause an error code to be displayed, use the items below as a starting point to resolve these issues. If your issues still persist, obtain your machines serial number as noted in section 2.5) Serial Number Tag & Identification and contact your local representative.
E01 – Loss of Control Power Possible Cause
Solution
a) Incoming power has been lost to the primary control panel
- Ensure main disconnect is turned on - Examine fuse & breaker
E02 – Loss of PLC Power Possible Cause
Solution
a) Power to the PLC has been lost
- Consult wiring schematics to determine if PLC has power
E03 – Local E-Stop Pressed Possible Cause
Solution
a) E-Stop button has been pressed
- Release E-Stop switch - Inspect or replace E-Stop switch
E04 – Fill Hold Watchdog Possible Cause
Solution
a) Fill valve has been open for longer than the respective setpoint value and the level sensor is not detecting water
- Inspect water supply valve - Inspect or replace level sensor
E05 – Empty Hold Watchdog Possible Cause
Solution
a) Drain valve has been open for longer than the respective setpoint value and the level sensor is still detecting water
- Adjust setpoint through HMI - Repair or replace level sensor - Repair or replace drain valve - Inspect drain line for blockage
