Solution
a) Water temperature has exceeded respective setpoint value
- Adjust setpoint through HMI - Repair or replace temp sensor - Lower incoming water supply temperature
E07 – Temperature Hold Watchdog Possible Cause a) Heater has been active longer than respective setpoint value
Solution
- Repair or replace temp sensor - Adjust setpoints through HMI - Inspect heating elements then clean or replace as necessary
E08 – Heater High Temp Safety Failure Possible Cause a) Heater internal temperature has exceeded the physical safety limit
Solution
- Repair or replace heater - Lower incoming water supply temperature
E09 – Heater Contact Alarm Possible Cause a) Internal heater wiring fault E10 – Recirculation Pump Failure Possible Cause a) Pump motor is not activating

Repair or replace electric heater

- Ensure motor is wired correctly - Check fuses & breakers
E11 – Cabinet Door Open Possible Cause
Solution
a) Cabinet door is detected as open when it is required to be close
- Close the door - Repair or replace proximity sensor
