8) MAINTENANCE
Service on this equipment should be performed by qualified, authorized personnel that have read and understand the manual supplied with the equipment and have been trained in the proper operation of the Unit and remote equipment. Follow the established installation site Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedures before attempting to repair or service any component of the CleanWorx CyClean.
Hazardous voltage exists; disconnect power to the control panel and pump motor before servicing the equipment.
8.1) Sensor Calibration
The frequency of calibration verification depends on specific industry regulations and internal quality standards. The sensors on the CyClean 35 are calibrated by the sensor manufacturer, which typically guarantees that the sensor maintains calibration accuracy for five (5) years. If the calibration is believed to be wrong, contact the sensor manufacturer. While these sensors do not have a recalibration process, other circumstances might cause the sensor to read incorrectly such as scaling on the probe. If the sensor needs adjusting, the sensor limits are adjustable in the HMI. See System Setpoints in section 5.2) Advanced Settings for more details. If the sensor is still reading incorrectly, it is recommended that a replacement sensor is ordered.
