8.2) Recommended Maintenance Intervals
Refer to the tables below for the recommended service intervals of the CyClean 35. These recommendations are based on a five (5) day work week where the CyClean is in operation for eight (8) hours each day. Depending on how often the CyClean is being used, the type of soil being cleaned, chemicals being used, and other factors unique to each application, these recommendations may need to be adjusted to meet your specific application.
Daily Inspection Recommendations Component Examine for 1 Sump Strainer
- Remove sump strainer, inspect and clean as necessary. Depending on soil type and the amount of soil, this might need to be inspected anywhere from once after every wash cycle, to once per month. - Replace if damaged. - Remove Y-Strainer, inspect and clean as necessary. Depending on soil type and the amount of soil, this might need to be inspected anywhere from once after every wash cycle, to once per month. - Replace if damaged. - Before the shift starts, examine spray nozzles to ensure they are not obstructed. Observe to ensure all sprays are producing a fan of water during operation. - Ensure all valves are fully operational. - Ensure water supply is open, and the drain is not obstructed from draining properly. - Examine all visible seals and gaskets for damage or excessive wear. Replace as needed. - Ensure the washing chamber is free from damage. - If using chemical, ensure there is enough chemical to be used throughout a shift and that any plumbing to the CyClean is not obstructed.
