9.2) General Troubleshooting Guidelines In addition to the HMI error codes that may be displayed on the CyClean 35, there are other issues that may occur that will not prompt an error screen. If there are any issues with the operation or performance of the machine, use the items below as a starting point to resolve these issues. If your issue(s) persist, obtain your machines serial number as noted in section 2.5) Serial Number Tag & Identification and contact your local representative.
1) Pump Will Not Start / HMI Touchscreen Will Not Turn On Possible Cause Solution a) Control fuse blown Replace fuse b) 3-Phase fuse blown, or circuit breaker tripped

2) Pump Noisy
Possible Cause
Solution
a) Loose impeller nut, shaft, or housing
Inspect pump for proper assembly Clear any restrictions and confirm system is operating within correct temperature limits
b) Cavitation due to
- Restricted suction line - Suction screen blocked - High temperature
c) Bearing failure
Repair / replace bearing Change motor wiring
d) Motor running backwards
3) Poor or No Heating Possible Cause
Solution
a) Temperature sensor failure b) Temperature setpoint too low
Repair or replace
Adjust setpoint through the HMI
c) Level switch failure
Repair or replace
d) Heater elements are scaled, dirty, or damaged
Inspect heating elements, clean or replace as necessary
