E05 – Empty Hold Watchdog Possible Cause

Solution

a) Drain valve has been open for longer than the respective setpoint value and the level sensor is still detecting water

- Adjust setpoint through HMI - Repair or replace level sensor - Repair or replace drain valve - Inspect drain line for blockage

E06 – High Temperature Alarm Possible Cause

Solution

a) Water temperature has exceeded respective setpoint value

- Adjust setpoint through HMI - Repair or replace temp sensor - Lower incoming water supply temperature

E07 – Temperature Hold Watchdog Possible Cause a) Heater has been active longer than respective setpoint value

Solution

- Repair or replace temp sensor - Adjust setpoints through HMI - Inspect heating elements then clean or replace as necessary

E08 – Heater High Temp Safety Failure Possible Cause a) Heater internal temperature has exceeded the physical safety limit

Solution

- Repair or replace heater - Lower incoming water supply temperature

E09 – Heater Contact Alarm Possible Cause a) Internal heater wiring fault E10 – Recirculation Pump Failure Possible Cause a) Pump motor is not activating

Solution

Repair or replace electric heater

Solution

- Ensure motor is wired correctly - Check fuses, breakers, & overloads
