General Information, Layout, & Utility Requirements Designed with you in mind, the CyClean 35 by CleanWorx is an all-electric automated washer for parts requiring cleaning-out-of-place (COP). Ideal for customers looking to wash common process parts such as buckets, totes, trays, and utensils, this innovative washing solution offers consistent cleaning without the complexity of higher cost, customized systems. The simplified control interface and pre-programmed wash cycles take the complexity out of cleaning, and the unique sanitation cart design allows this washing system to grow along with your production needs.

Washer Details & Features The patent-pending CyClean 35 features a round wash cylinder and Cyclone Jet 360° Spray Arm, providing complete coverage and washing pressure while optimizing water and chemical usage per cycle. The icon-based control panel eliminates language barriers and simplifies operator training. Pre-programmed for short, medium, or long wash cycles, the operator selects the desired program and hits start. Visual indicators show the washing cycle status through completion.

Sanitation Carts for the CyClean 35

The Sanitation Carts can adjust to your specific cleaning needs. Choose from either Standard Sanitation Carts designed for high-volume cleaning of the same part or Modular Sanitation Carts configurable to grow with your process.

Sanitation Carts How they work: 1. Load parts to be washed onto the Sanitation Cart based on the cart configuration.

3. On the HMI panel, select the cleaning cycle parameters desired and hit start. Visual indicators show washing cycle status through completion. Once complete, the process begins again.

1. Standard Sanitation Carts are configured to clean a high volume of the same part in each cleaning cycle. These carts come preassembled and are tested to ensure they produce consistent, repeatable cleaning results when properly loaded. Examples of Standard Sanitation Cart options include:

Modular Sanitation Carts are a build your own solution when you want to clean a variety of parts at the same time. Starting with the Modular Sanitation Cart Frame, you choose the configuration from our collection of Parts Module options. This customizable design allows you to change your cart at any time to meet your washing needs. Each Parts Module is designed to occupy a specific space on the cart frame. Depending on the item you are looking to wash, (1) - lower only or (2) - an upper and lower module may be required. For example, to create a Modular Sanitation Cart for a combination of buckets and trays you will need:
