TANKO ® CR The TANKO ® CR is a chemically resistant rotary spray device. It is constructed of a modified, second-generation PTFE that is a smoother and more hygienic surface than conventional PTFE, and resistant to aggressive chemicals. The series operates at a constant speed under different operating conditions with focused fan jets for fast wetting and effective cleaning. The TANKO CR series rotates in a slow, defined manner on a hydrodynamic plain bearing. The bearing is flushed throughout operation avoiding wear and shaving, as well as allowing for a variety of installation angles. The TANKO CR is also suitable for Steam-In-Place (SIP) vessel sterilization, and is only available with a BSP fitting. All AWH Spray Devices come with a Material Test Report (MTR).
