NOTE Excessively small installation openings on the container or components (e.g. agitators) in the container! Nozzles collide during removal! Damage to the device. The nozzle carrier may come loose.  The nozzles must NOT collide!

1. Check the following before lifting the device out of the container:

– The minimum dimension for the installation opening (see section 3.3 Technical Data ) and

– Presence of interfering contours on surrounding components in the container.

2. Lift the device (downpipe [DP] with cleaning head) out of the container through the installation opening with the utmost care NOTE “ Installation opening – Stationary device ” Before removal, align the position of the nozzles if necessary by rotating the cleaning head/nozzles.  Or loosen the cleaning head/device inside the container from the downpipe [DP]. – Provided that proper assembly/disassembly of the cleaning head/device inside the container is assured.

7.4 Maintenance

To ensure the trouble-free operation, high operational safety and long service life of the cleaning device, it is imperative to have it cleaned and maintained at regular intervals.

We recommend that you document the maintenance work in a report.

The safety notes in section 7.1 Safety Notes for Maintenance must be adhered to when carrying out cleaning, maintenance and repair work.
