OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) TRENDING Cleaning system OEE trends can be used to monitor performance of the system and user operation by evaluating the following parameters:

Availability. Answers the question “How often is my cleaning system being used (during planned cleaning time)?” to see impacts of alarms and operator stops. Performance. Answers the question “Is anything slowing down my cleaning cycle speed?” to see cycle step holds (e.g., heating time or water fills) that could be optimized. Quality. Answers the question “How often am I not completing a full cleaning cycle?” to investigate root causes of aborted cycles. Overall OEE. An overall score to evaluate all OEE parameters together for a single cleaning system.
