SaniTrend ® Cloud CR software provides automated, secure data acquisition and reporting of critical cleaning cycle information for any automated Sani-Matic cleaning system. Available in three product tiers, this cloud-based software platform eliminates the need for additional hardware - like paper chart recorders, thanks to its built-in integration with Sani-Matic automated cleaning system (e.g. CIP or COP). With SaniTrend Cloud CR, users are able to review, comment on, and easily approve cleaning cycle reports from anywhere with an internet connection, at any time. Live dashboard views enable users to analyze data in real-time, and share via email or text messaging. SaniTrend Cloud CR provides secure, reliable cleaning cycle reporting at your fingertips.

Insights: Includes Essentials tier features with the addition of more data capture, OEE trends, event logs, and preventive maintenance (PM) tracking for increased visibiity into system and operator efficiencies. Insights+: Our most comprehensive tier includes all lower-level features plus HMI Audit Trail for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

In addition to critical cleaning cycle reports, SaniTrend Cloud CR Insights and Insights+ tiers provide visibility into both system operation and performance; useful for maintenance, operators, quality, engineering, and management. SYSTEM INSIGHTS — MORE THAN JUST CLEANING REPORTS
OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) TRENDING Cleaning system OEE trends can be used to monitor performance of the system and user operation by evaluating the following parameters:
Availability. Answers the question “How often is my cleaning system being used (during planned cleaning time)?” to see impacts of alarms and operator stops. Performance. Answers the question “Is anything slowing down my cleaning cycle speed?” to see cycle step holds (e.g., heating time or water fills) that could be optimized. Quality. Answers the question “How often am I not completing a full cleaning cycle?” to investigate root causes of aborted cycles. Overall OEE. An overall score to evaluate all OEE parameters together for a single cleaning system.

WEEKLY EMAIL REPORT Stay in touch with what is happening with your equipment connected to the SaniTrend Cloud portal with the weekly email report. This email is generated Monday morning of each week and automatically sent to the email associated with your account.
It contains information such as:
Total cycle information of all systems (cycle count, average time, average OEE scores, aborted & completed cycle counts, and total alarm counts) if applicable by product tier.
Individual system information (above information for each system).
Preventive Maintenance cycle/run time data along with % used (available only for Insights and Insights+ product tiers).
CAUSTIC PUMP
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) TRACKING Proactively watch runtime hours on pumps, motors, and fans — and track cycle counts of valves or door locks — all with the end goal to take a more proactive than reactive approach on maintenance. Be alerted via email or text when runtime hours or cycle counts approach pre-set limits.

RECIPE EVENTS & STEPS LOGGING When did alarms occur during a cleaning cycle? Which alarms occured, when, and how frequent are they? Did the operator stop the cleaning cycle or take excessively long to acknowledge an alarm? Logged recipe events (alarms, messages, holds) and recipe step details provide answers to key questions about system operation and operator interaction.
FULL HMI AUDIT TRAIL FOR 21 CFR PART 11 COMPLIANCE The SaniTrend Cloud CR Insights+ includes full HMI audit trail information, along with added PIN security for cleaning cycle commenting and approval, enabling 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
