SaniTrend ® Cloud CR Software for Automated Cleaning Reports (CR)
SaniTrend Cloud CR software provides automated, secure data acquisition and reporting of critical cleaning cycle data for any automated Sani-Matic cleaning system. Three product tiers of the CR family are available - Essentials, Insights, and Insights+ . The Essentials tier includes reporting of all critical cleaning data (e.g., temperature, conductivity, flow) along with features like dashboards and email and text notifications. The Insights and Insights+ tiers add additional features such as OEE trends, event logs, and preventive maintenance (PM) tracking which increase visibility into the efficiency of both the system and its operators.

• Meets FSMA and HACCP requirements for reporting. • Meets PMO requirements for electronic records [Appendix H, Section V (Criteria for the Evaluation of Electronic Data Collection, Storage, and Reporting)]. • Insights+ tier meets 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records and electronic signatures.

Sani-Matic has partnered with Rockwell Automation and PTC to provide SaniTrend Cloud through PTC’s Cloud platform utilizing PTC’s ThingWorx ® product. All of PTC Cloud’s data and user security has been integrated into the SaniTrend Cloud offering. • PTC Cloud operations are ISO 27001 audited and certified • PTC Cloud data centers are ISO 27001 certified and have met the stringent audits of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 • PTC Cloud data centers are SSAE16 SOC2 Type II Security & Availability Trust Principles audited for the US and ISAE 3402 internationally • Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS (Transfer Layer Security) • Content secured using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128 algorithm
